Notice of Request for Proposals
The Greenferry Water and Sewer District (District) invites qualified individuals or firms to submit a proposal for the position of part-time, District Manager (Manager).
Greenferry Water and Sewer District is located on the south side of the Spokane River between the cities of Post Falls and Coeur d’Alene. The District is run by a five-member Board of Directors and currently serves 397 water connections. Sewer service is not provided by the District at this time.
The Manager reports to the Board of Directors and will supervise all work/activities performed by the District Staff and Contractors. This includes, but is not limited to, the District’s Water Operator (Operator), the District Accounting Firm (Accountant), the Designated District Engineering (Engineer) firm, and others that have contracts with the District, such as construction contractors and other vendors. The Manager needs to coordinate activity among contractors as directed by the Board each month.

Proposal Submission: Completed proposals must be received at the District office located at 9191 W. Michael Way, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho or by email to ssloyka3@roadrunner.com no later than 5:00 pm, PST, November 13, 2025.
